Middelurg is a city in the southwestern Netherlands and the capital of Zeeland. It has perfect beaches & watersport facilities, and cozy little tows with cobbly streets. Also, there are very nice historical canals. Speelgoedmuseum Lientje, the Zeeuws Museum and the Zeeuws Arcief are the museums of the city.  A large part of the buildings in its centre are protected monument or are covered by the city landscape preservation regulations.

The city includes The Roosevelt Academy which is a university college  where bachelor courses can be followed in Arts & Humanities, Social Sciences and Sciences. Furthermore, trade and industry are well represented. Iron, machinery, furniture, oil and cigar are the fundametal industrel products.
