Istiklal Avenue, in Turkish words "Istiklal Caddesi", is one of the biggest avenues in Istanbul, Turkey, visited by nearly 3 million people in a single day over the course of weekends.
Especially weekends, density of people nearly same along the day. The avenue located in the historic Beyoglu district, it is an elegant pedestrian street, approximately three kilometers long, which houses exquisite boutiques, music stores, bookstores, art galleries, cinemas, theaters, libraries, cafes, pubs, night clubs with live music, historical patisseries, chocolateries and restaurants.
People can find everything which is about entertainment over there. This avenue closed to traffic except in early times of day. That is why it makes possible to forward goods to cafes, pubs and something like that. A tram traverse the rail throughout the avenue and it is only one vehicle to reach someone faster on Istiklal Avenue. Of course it is a classical tram to make sense people the history. Only a small group really needs a tram but it is a part of this avenue.
It is possible to see 19th century buildings, most of which still exists. In addition to this there are several nations consultansts and academic institutions. Both ends of the avenue have important places like Taksim Square and Galata Tower.

It is a great experience to visit and walk along the avenue. All of the people on this avenue have different style. Thats amazing.
