Details / CN Tower
CN tower remains the requisite destination on any itinerary, even if you are paying more to ride to the top of this beacon than you would to visit Seattle’s Space Needle or Paris’s Eiffel Tower. At 553m, the CN Tower is the world’s tallest free-standing structure, and it serves as a communication tool for the Toronto region, with microwave receptors and antenna at its height.
The CN Tower is a must-see destination when visiting Toronto for the first time. The tower features four viewing areas which you can visit depending on the amount of money you wish to spend. The Look Out Level is the first-rung viewpoint with an indoor observation deck, and an outdoor observation deck, as well as the famous Glass Floor, from which you can look straight down and feel as if you are floating on air.
The SkyPod is the tower’s highest observation point, and at 440m it is as high as you can get anywhere without getting airborne. In between is the 360 Revolving Restaurant at 345m.
