Details / Pasadena Historical Museum
Feynes House, the museum’s neo-classic home, designed in 1905 by Robert Farquhar and known simply as the mansion, is perhaps the grandest treasure in its collection, situated just below the Greene and Greene Neighbourhood, at the beginning of Millionaires’ Row, the 18-room home is furnished with many original fifteenth and sixteenth century antiques and works of art.
Delve down into the basement to view photo exhibits, early newspapers, and other memorabilia that trace Pasadena’s history. The Finnish Folk Art Museum, in a separate chalet-like building in the lovely gardens, features handmade furnishings, folk art, and decorative items that once belonged to Finnish Consul Paloheimo.
